You got the book and workbook and now you're ready to set on this exciting journey, armed with a full set of tools. But maybe you need more "friends", so here are other valuable & helpful resources.
There are other good blogs to read and podcasts to listen to if you have time:
- I am particularly excited about a new podcast led by one of our former students, Frederic Kerrest. It is called “Zero to IPO”.
- Brad Feld‘s blog.
- Mark Suster‘s blog.
- Fred Wilson‘s blog.
- David Skok‘s blog.
- Guy Raz‘s podcast: “How I Built This” by Guy Raz. While you have to be careful with these podcasts as they have enormous winners bias and looking back after the fact, I still love listening to them as I drive or workout. You can see many patterns and the lessons we talk about being learned by entrepreneurs in the field.
- Another exciting development that we are waiting for is the release of Professor Scott Stern’s (with co-author Joshua Gans) book on Entrepreneurial Strategy with that tentative title. Scott is an unquestioned leader in this field and the book will be another must-have for entrepreneurs. No release date is set as of now but it should be soon. Again, we will let you know when it is.
- Trish Cotter‘s blog. Trish is the Executive Director of the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship (the center’s blog is also a great resource).
