Mindset, skills and competences of an entrepreneur

Dears,
I would kindly ask if possible to have an overview of the mindset, skills and competences that an entrepreneur should have or that it is supposed to aquire over the course of the years. In addition it would be nice to get some advices on how to build or improve them.

The best characteristics for an entrepreneur to have is to be anti-fragile which I will describe more in an upcoming article/blog post. This means that an entrepreneur gets stronger (not just stays the same) in the face of failure, surprises, ambiguity, randomness and other perturbations to the homeo stasis.
