However, remember that as entrepreneur, the success of your company and product is based on finding “a customer who is willing to pay”. Think about who your customer is and what is the problem you will be solving. These two points always help clarifying. Professor Autle’s 24 steps are not a fix box. For instance, you can find yourself and your team navigating in the warm waters of steps 22, defining your MVP, and suddenly you have to go back and revisit the “Persona” for the definition of your beachhead market.
